Florida Carry Law:
A Legal Seminar for Gun Owners
(with or without a license)

What’s legal.
What’s risky.
What’s changed.

Florida no longer requires a license to carry—but that hasn’t made the law simpler.

In fact, for many gun owners, the rules around who can carry, how, and where have become more confusing, with higher legal stakes when something goes wrong.

This two-hour Legal Seminar is designed for everyday gun owners who want clarity—not opinions—about the laws that apply before, during, and after carrying a firearm in Florida.

Topics will include:

  • Open carry vs. concealed carry: what’s actually allowed

  • Who may legally carry (and who may not)

  • Where carry is prohibited—licensed or not

  • Justifiable Use of Force: what Florida law does and does not protect

  • What has changed recently—and what hasn’t

  • Interstate travel and reciprocity considerations

  • Why a license may still matter, even when it’s not required

The session presented by experienced, NRA-certified firearms instructors.

This seminar is educational in nature and intended to help attendees ask better questions, make better decisions, and reduce legal risk. It provides general legal information only and does not constitute legal advice.
