Election Reminder — March 4 at the Clubhouse

The annual election for the Executive Officers — President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer; Directors (3 three-year positions), and Gun Show Chairman— will take place at the March 4 General Meeting at the LRPC clubhouse.

Voting Requirements

To vote, you must have paid your 2026 annual dues, must be present at the meeting, and must have your LRPC membership ID badge with you.

Eligibility to Run

• Executive Officers: Must have at least one year of prior Board experience

• Directors: Must have been a club member for at least two years

• All members of the Board must maintain NRA membership while they are on the Board.

The nominating committee has submitted its slate of candidates.

Nominations may still be made from the floor before the election. These will be handled as write-in candidates, since ballots will already be printed.

Secretary Position Is Still Open

We are still seeking a qualified candidate for Secretary.

The Secretary role is a required officer position and is essential to club operations. Members who meet the eligibility requirements and are willing to serve are asked to contact Ken Hill (863-686-8285) or speak up at the March meeting, before the vote. The club will provide a recording device and AI transcription support to assist in preparation of the meeting minutes.
