Safety. Skill. Community.
A private, member-run shooting club in Lakeland, FL
Since 1968, the Lakeland Rifle & Pistol Club has been a privately owned shooting club where responsible shooters become members, not just customers. Membership is open to those who share our commitment to safety, marksmanship excellence, and community stewardship.
Our 28-acre facility offers what few ranges in Central Florida can: comprehensive disciplines with one membership. Members and their families enjoy year-round access to rifle ranges (25, 50, and 100 yards), pistol ranges (7, 12, 25, 50 and 100 yards*), and shotgunning on trap, skeet, and five-stand ranges.
*Pistol shooting on 100 yards requires qualification.
Our ranges are maintained with care by a small staff, with support as needed from our members. Qualified volunteers also coordinate friendly matches and community events.
We host a free Junior Program for community youth ages 7–17 each month from October through April, and the Central Florida Gun Show in January, May, and September each year. Proceeds from the Gun Show help to support our club and programs.

The Central Florida Gun Show
Hosted by the Lakeland Rifle & Pistol Club since 1968, the Central Florida Gun Show is one of the Southeast’s most respected gun show events.
Held three times a year, it features approximately 150 vendors and 300 tables of firearms, ammunition, optics, and collectibles — all focused on quality and authenticity.
Managed entirely by club volunteers, the show reflects our commitment to safety, skill, and community.
More Than A Range
Beyond our facilities, LRPC members enjoy annual traditions including our 4th of July picnic, monthly First Friday community events, and regular member gatherings. These events strengthen the bonds that make the Lakeland Rifle & Pistol Club more than just a shooting range.
