Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Lakeland Rifle & Pistol Club! We welcome new members who share our commitment to safety, skill development, and community.
Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to apply for membership
You must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
All applicants must pass a Level II background check (no felonies)
Commit to the principles of safety, sportsmanship, and responsible firearm ownership
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable unless declined by the Board)
Upon acceptance, all members affirm their commitment to club values and legal compliance as outlined in the membership pledge.
Application Process
Step 1: Download and Complete Forms
Download and complete both required forms.
Please print legibly or type all information.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Your application and the $100 non-refundable fee cover the cost of a Level 2 background check.
You may submit your materials in whichever way is most convenient.
1. By Email
Scan and email your completed forms to lakelandrpc@gmail.com.
You’ll receive a call from our Club Administrator to securely provide your credit-card information for payment.
2. By Mail
Mail your completed application and a check for $100 to:

Eaton Park, FL 33840-2715.If you prefer to pay by credit card, note that on your application and our Club Administrator will call you to process the payment.
3. In Person - If a current member brings you to the Club:
Complete your application on site.
Payment may be made by credit card, check, or cash.
Step 3: Background Check
After we receive your application and payment, we will contact you with instructions to schedule your Level 2 background check with our contracted screening company.
Step 4: Begin the Blue Card Process
After passing your background check, you'll receive information about the Blue Card Process - your path to full membership.
