The Central Florida Gun Show
Vendor Information
Professional standards. Clear expectations. Quality vendors.
What Vendors Should Expect
Professional Standards
Vendors are expected to know and comply with all applicable laws. Merchandise should be directly related to firearms, shooting sports, personal protection, or responsible firearm ownership. Acceptable categories include:
New, used, and collector-grade firearms
Optics and firearm accessories
Ammunition
Magazines and components
Holsters, cases, slings, and range gear
Eye and ear protection, locks, and other safety equipment
Cleaning supplies, gunsmithing tools, and maintenance products
Targets and training aids
Merchandise not clearly connected to firearms or shooting sports must be pre-approved before display or sale. Items that create a non-firearm “flea market” atmosphere—such as general collectibles, militaria patches, unrelated antiques, or non-relevant memorabilia—are discouraged and may be disallowed.
Firearm & Safety Requirements
We maintain strict safety protocols throughout the show:
No loaded firearms inside the venue (except law enforcement/security).
All firearms must have clear chambers at all times.
Magazines must be removed; no loaded magazines may be displayed or sold.
Firearms must be secured with light-colored zip-ties so staff can verify them easily.
Vendors may temporarily remove zip-ties for inspection but must re-secure them immediately afterward.
Unsafe handling, accidental discharge, or refusal to follow these requirements will result in immediate removal from the show.
Table Conduct, Show Hours & Early Departure Policy
Our show’s reputation is built on consistency and professionalism. To maintain that standard:
Vendors must staff their tables during all show hours (Saturday 9–5, Sunday 9–3).
Early breakdown on Sunday is not permitted without prior approval.
Leaving early without permission will result in loss of eligibility for future shows.
Placing your merchandise on another vendor’s table, “covering” for an early departure, is strictly prohibited.
Late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows are grounds for removal from the vendor roster.
Payments & Cancellations
First-time vendors must pay in full to reserve space.
Payment deadlines are firm; missing a deadline forfeits the reservation.
Cancellations within 14 days of Friday set-up are non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations or inconsistent participation may affect eligibility for future tables.
Hold Harmless Requirement
All confirmed vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement acknowledging personal responsibility for merchandise, equipment, and actions during the event.
A Show Built on Quality
We continue to refine our vendor roster to ensure a show that works—for exhibitors, buyers, and the broader firearms community. We welcome vendors who take pride in consistent service, safe handling practices, and contributing to a well-run event.
If that describes you, we’d be glad to talk.
